The Duke of Sussex will not return to the UK to attend the Duke of Edinburgh’s memorial service on March 29, a spokesperson for Prince Harry has said.
It is thought the royal has pulled out of attending the service over security concerns.
However, Harry hopes to visit his grandmother, the Queen soon, his spokesperson added.

The duke pursued a legal challenge against the Home Office after being told he would no longer be given the “same degree” of personal protective security when visiting from the US, despite offering to pay for it himself.
Westminster Abbey is hosting a Service of Thanksgiving for the Duke of Edinburgh on March 29 to commemorate his relationship with the Abbey.
It is understood the 37-year-old royal plans to visit the Queen as soon as possible, but it is not clear when that will be.
The last time Prince Harry was in the UK was to unveil the statue of his late mother Princess Diana alongside his brother Prince William in July 2021.
