Prince Harry skipped his father King Charles' Scottish Coronation and instead attended a fourth of July parade in the US which he took his daughter Princess Lilibet along to.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, relocated to the States with his wife Meghan Markle, 41 and their family in 2020 after stepping down from the Royal Family and leaving the UK.
He has commemorated Independence Day every year since moving stateside with his wife and appeared to join in on the celebrations again this year, the Mirror reports.
Harry and his two-year-old daughter Lilibet were seen at a parade to mark the special occasion in Montecito, California where the family lives.
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail show Prince Harry dressed in a green shirt and a pair of jeans at the parade which he paired with a baseball cap and some sunglasses.
Princess Lilibet was in a patterned blue dress, white socks and a pair of adorable red shoes for the occasion which she spent in her dad's arms.
According to PageSix, Meghan and their eldest child Prince Archie, four, were also in attendance at the parade.
The celebratory parade is said to have featured vintage vehicles which were decorated with the national flag, passing through the streets.
It came on the same day as Prince Harry's father King Charles III attended his 'second Coronation' in Edinburgh yesterday alongside other members of the Royal Family including Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales.
The new monarch who was officially crowned on May 6 at Westminster Abbey was honoured during a service of thanksgiving and dedication at St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh yesterday.
There he was presented with Britain's oldest crown jewels known as the Honours of Scotland.
The event comes less than two months after King Charles' III's official Coronation which was attended by Prince Harry and is the first time the monarch has returned to Edinburgh since his late mother Queen Elizabeth II's passing last September.
