Primark shoppers have hit out at the retail store's latest clothing range, with many flagging the same issue that it seemed to be tailored for a younger audience.
In one of its latest Instagram posts, Primark shared a reel of the latest season's highlights with a video of what the store's mannequins are wearing. The post was captioned: "Taking inspo from our mannequins #Primark #InStoreNow."
However the post, which received over 57,000 likes, was flooded by commenters calling out the retailer for a clothing range that was not suitable for all ages. In the post mannequins could be seen dressed in colourful items, including crop tops, dresses and gym wear.

One commenter wrote: "I used to love Primark but now it’s all tight clothes or b***** crop tops what about the nice clothes for the more curvier women that are very self conscious ." While another said: "As the song says the style is ridiculous, do you think people of Ireland over 20 want to wear that c***."
Another commented: "Everyone knows me as a big Primark fan, but unfortunately It's getting harder and harder to find actual clothing there I'm afraid. I was hoping this is just a phase, but it seems like the business has shifted focusing mainly on youngsters fashion for a while now. Shame." And one just simply wrote: "Nothing for over 20s again."
But it's not all bad news for the store, shoppers have recently been going wild for the chain's parachute pants. The retail giant is selling the retro trousers in three colourways (black, beige and lilac) for £20 and it seems these blasts from the past have plenty of modern day fans, too.
