The price of a pint of Guinness is set to increase by more than 12 cent in pubs across the capital.
Diageo announced the price of their draught products will increase due to increased "input costs" across their operations. The drinks behemoth has a portfolio of popular draught products, which includes Hop House, Guinness, Coors, Smithwicks and Rockshore.
All of these products will also see the increase of 12 cent plus VAT, it is understood. In a statement to Virgin Media News, the global drinks company wrote: "Like many businesses in Ireland, we are facing significant inflation in input costs across our operations.
