Premier League confirm Chelsea vs Manchester United schedule change along with two other games

Chelsea's home Premier League clash with Manchester United has been brought forward a day, the Premier League have confirmed. The Blues' busy October schedule has now been altered, with the match now set to take place on Saturday, October 22.

The new kick-off time is still yet to be confirmed. The match was initially supposed to be shown live on Sky Sports – so the likelihood is that will remain the case, despite the rescheduling.

As well as this, Chelsea's match away at Fulham on Saturday, September 10, will remain on the same date, but it has now been chosen for the 12:30pm slot on BT Sport.

Chelsea's London derby against Brentford has also been brought forward 24 hours and will now take place at 7:30pm on Wednesday, October 19. The match will be shown live on Amazon Prime.

Meanwhile, Chelsea's UEFA Youth League fixtures and times have been confirmed. The young Blues kick off their European campaign against Dinamo Zagreb on September 6 (12:30pm).

Chelsea then take on Salzburg at Cobham on September 14, with kick-off at 1pm, before another home match against AC Milan on October 5 (3pm). It's then a trip to Milan the following week (October 11) with a 1:30pm kick-off time.

The young Chelsea side then take on Salzburg in Austria on October 25 (1:30pm) and then welcome Dinamo Zagreb to Cobham on November 2 (1pm).
