Pregnant women experienced substantial stress under Covid restrictions according to a Dundee University study.
They said the main factor was not having their birth partners present at various points during pregnancy.
Researchers from Dundee and Aberdeen universities interviewed more than 2,500 women and birthing specialists, and more than 450 staff who were working in maternity services, from June 2020 to July 2021.
