Molly-Mae Hague has confessed that she took a pregnancy test just one day after missing her period, but kept it a secret from boyfriend Tommy Fury.

The former Love Island star and influencer, 23, announced last weekend that she is pregnant with her and Fury’s first child together.

Hague has now opened up further about her pregnancy after answering questions from fans on Instagram.

One follower asked: “Why did you think you were pregnant (to take a pregnancy test)?”

The Pretty Little Thing creative director replied: “I was one day (one day) late on my period but I am usually bang on time! I had a test in the drawer anyway so I just took it - I probably wouldn’t have actively gone to get a test for a while because I didn’t feel any different AT ALL.

“I’ll explain the actual story on my YouTube.”

Hague went on to explain that she didn’t tell her boxer other half straight away as she wanted to tell him in a special way.

She added: “I didn’t tell Tommy the night I found out... I waited until the next day - it was absolute torture but I wanted to find the right way to tell him.”

Responding to other fan questions, she confirmed that she is around five months pregnant and that she and Fury have already decided on a name for their unborn child.

Interior designer fan Hague also teased that work has already begun on the nursery for the lucky boy or girl.

Hague and Fury, also 23, met on Love Island season five in 2018 and have been happily together ever since, moving into a house in Manchester together and buying a puppy.

The parents-to-be confirmed their happy news on social media by sharing a video showing Hague holding her burgeoning baby bump.
