Pregnant Laura Anderson's 'good news' on stolen car as she hopes for home move

Former Scots Love Island star Laura Anderson is currently expecting to become a first-time mum with a baby girl this summer with her ex-partner Gary Lucy but has been open with her fans in many candid chats about "not feeling ready."

The 34-year-old influencer has not had an easy pregnancy so far, despite her many lavish holidays with bump, as we previously reported that she had her Range Rover stolen from her Glasgow flat whilst she was away which left her "terrified" at living alone.

Laura moved back home to her Scottish turf from Dubai following her split with former Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy when their whirlwind romance came to a bitter end as the former couple shared a series of cryptic remarks about each other.

Laura expressed how she feels "unsafe" in her Glasgow property following the robbery of her car and admitted that she was "having a meltdown" at the thought of the baby arriving in the middle of her stolen car chaos and wanting a home move as she appeared rather down in the dumps.

Although on Tuesday, the former reality star had some "positive news" for her fans as she took to Instagram to update her loyal fleet of followers on things taking an upward turn in her favour.

"Hi Gang. We have a bit of good news on the car front, no it has not been found," Laura said to her 1.5 million fans on Instagram. "But it's fine because my insurance are so lovely and they are paying me out in full so I can get another car."

She added: "Thank you to my courtesy car you have been delightful, well I've not really liked you that much but you're ok little Merc. Umm.. it actually drives a bit smoother than the range rover but anyway yeah so that's good, it's all worked out.

"It's been two weeks, I thought I was going to wait six months so this is positive vibes now we just need a house and then [you]" she points to her bump... "anyway I don't know, I just thought I'd share."

Later on, Laura also turned to her followers to ask if it was "weird" to have a baby shower without a bump, in that she is thinking of planning one when the baby arrives. She admitted that she just "isn't ready yet" to have her baby shower and has been "putting it off".

"There's a lot going on and I'm just not ready. Could having a baby shower with the baby be a thing? But unconventional but I don't know could that work?" she asked her fans.

Meanwhile, with the latest season of Love Island kicking off Laura also encouraged all ITV viewers to 'be kind'.

She wrote: "Just remember the young individuals gracing our screens this evening really are selling their emotional little souls for our entertainment, so please do them the courtesy and give each and every one of them your well deserved respect throughout season 10 of Love Island."
