Pregnant Chloe Madeley has shared a nude snap of herself - admitting she didn't do it before because she was "scared" of what people would think.
The mum-to-be, 35, posted the beautiful photo on Instagram in which she stands looking out onto a sun-soaked vista.
Captioning the pic, she wrote: "I’ve also had this photo in my camera roll since early June, and I love it. But I’ve been too scared to post it in case people think it’s overly confident, or in case they make something of mine that I think is beautiful, ugly.
"Funny that, isn’t it? The fear of sharing a positive relationship with your body is matched on either side of present day love and acceptance, or later date goals to evolve, because so many will project onto it their negative opinions.
"So screw it, celebrate your body, even if it doesn’t fit the trend right now."
The personal trainer, who is due to give birth to her daughter in August, explained she was asked on Instagram this morning whether she was excited to get back into shape post pregnancy.
Revealing she almost skipped the question because her answer would 'undoubtedly be misconstrued and misjudged' she said: "The answer is yes. I am extremely excited to rehab my body postnatally; my core, my pelvic floor, my glutes, everything that has had to shift, make way and change for my little potato will need to be rehabbed and nursed back to health.
"I am excited to PATIENTLY watch my physique change again, too."
Chloe has worked as a personal trainer for a decade and insisted it was her passion for the industry which saw her 'change her career, lifestyle and mental health'.
Defending her right to love what she does she concluded: "Today, this love is CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY deemed as hatred for your female form.
"Deemed as insecurity born of the patriarchy and or the media. It is SO frowned upon for women to have body goals."
Her impassioned post went down a storm with fans as well as with Chloe's husband James Haskell who replied with three fire emojis.
The daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan is no stranger to discussing her pregnancy journey.
Last week she another beautiful snap of blossoming bump saying she couldn't care how much weight she'd gained, pointing out she was "focused on staying active, eating healthy and getting as much sleep as possible."
