'Practically, There's No Room for Her': Wolff Claims Melania Gave up Wife Role as Harp Rules Access to President Trump

First Lady Melania Trump has reportedly stepped back from public life, with biographer Michael Wolff claiming that presidential aide Natalie Harp now controls access to Donald Trump (Credit: Trump White House Archived/Flickr)

First lady Melania Trump has 'practically' stepped away from her role as wife because aide Natalie Harp now controls access to Donald Trump, according to biographer Michael Wolff. He claims Harp's proximity to the US president has left 'no room' for his wife, a portrayal White House officials strongly reject, branding Wolff a 'serial liar'.

Wolff alleges a quiet power struggle in which the 35-year-old executive assistant has become the gatekeeper to the commander-in-chief, with Melania reportedly limiting her appearances with her husband to strictly official engagements.
