A potential breakthrough in the long-standing conflict between Israel and the Palestinians is on the horizon as reports surface about a framework for a peace deal that would recognize a Palestinian state. This development coincides with a surprise visit by FBI Director Christopher Wray to Israel, his first trip to the Jewish state since the conflict erupted in October.
During his visit, Director Wray reportedly held meetings with officials from Israel's intelligence agencies, the Mossad and the Shin Bet, as well as with FBI agents stationed in the region. In an exclusive interview conducted over the phone, Wray shared that he had discussed various strategies to combat global terror threats with the Israeli counterparts.
