Popular safari destination introduces £33 mandatory travel insurance for tourists

All visitors to Tanzania and Zanzibar must now pay for mandatory inbound travel insurance before they can enter the country.

From 1 October, a compulsory $44 (£33) insurance policy will apply to all tourists over 18.
