Popular Edinburgh Indian street food pop-up takes over kitchen of city centre bar

A popular Edinburgh Indian street food pop-up has taken over the kitchen of a busy city centre pub.

Radge Chaat, a creation by top chef Tony Singh, formerly resided at both Tollcross and St James Quarter, but the Edinburgh-born celebrity cook recently took to Instagram to announce his plant-based street food will now be served at the Fierce Bar on Rose Street.

Serving all vegetarian and vegan options, the sensational street food slingers, Tony and Lucky have built a loyal following thanks to their flavour-packed Indian chaat, which some have described as 'the best food in Edinburgh'.

Taking to Instagram days ago ahead of their opening launch night at Fierce Bar, Radge Chaat announced their new venture and said they will now be taking over the kitchen at "one of Edinburgh's favourite pubs."

They posted: "The news is out… we can now officially announce our next big move!!! We are so excited to share that Radge Chaat is now located inside Fierce Bar - a fantastic bar on Rose Street in Edinburgh.

"As the weather gets colder, what better way to warm up than treating yourself to some scrumptious Chaat alongside a drink or two in one of Edinburgh’s favourite pubs?

"Today is our grand opening so make sure to pay us a visit!!! We can’t wait. Stay tuned for more info on opening hours, menu etc."

Adding another update, Tony was pictured with several satisfied customers who rocked up to their opening night on Thursday. To keep up to date with Radge Chaat's latest updates from their new venue, you can follow them on Instagram here.
