A popular Edinburgh Indian street food pop-up has taken over the kitchen of a busy city centre pub.
Radge Chaat, a creation by top chef Tony Singh, formerly resided at both Tollcross and St James Quarter, but the Edinburgh-born celebrity cook recently took to Instagram to announce his plant-based street food will now be served at the Fierce Bar on Rose Street.
Serving all vegetarian and vegan options, the sensational street food slingers, Tony and Lucky have built a loyal following thanks to their flavour-packed Indian chaat, which some have described as 'the best food in Edinburgh'.
