A popular splash pad in Barry has re-opened for the summer. The popular attraction for children and families has reopened in Pencoedtre Park as the summer holidays approach.
Pencoedtre Park in Barry has many features that are perfect for children to enjoy their summer outside, including a skateboard park, a toddler play area and a multi-use games area (MUGA) that has a basketball/ five-a-side court. Another popular feature of the park is the splash pad that opens each summer.
The splash pad opened Friday, June 23 for visitors, the Vale of Glamorgan Council confirmed. Children can enjoy the water features seven days a week between 10am until 6pm for the summer months.
Pencoedtre Park is located at Pencoedtre Road, Barry, CF63 1SD and parking is available off Pencoedtre Road.
