Poorest in London's wealthiest borough face big council tax hike after Government slashes funding by £108m

The poorest Londoners in Kensington and Chelsea are set to see a huge council tax hike after the borough’s Government funding was slashed by £108million.

The town hall is set to green light plans to cut its council tax reduction scheme to save £441,000.
