The Arizona Cardinals used the second of two fifth-round selections they had to draft Auburn linebacker Owen Pappoe.
Pappoe was a two-time captain and had 91 tackles last season.
He is extremely athletic.
It isn’t a position of need necessarily but Arizona does have Isaiah Simmons (provided the Cardinals do not exercise his fifth-year option), Zeke Turner, Krys Barnes and Josh Woods all scheduled to be free agents following this season.
