Police are hunting this man after a father-of-two was stabbed to death in Brentford.
Darren Augustine, 44, was fatally attacked after going to a property in Brentwick Gardens with the intent to burgle it on April 26.
He was stabbed in the chest and abdomen and collapsed outside.
Detectives have now released an image of a man who was with Mr Augustine at the time.
Detective Jason Fitzpatrick, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “My team continues to work tirelessly to piece together the facts about what happened in the early hours of 26 April and the events that culminated in Darren’s death.
“CCTV analysis has confirmed this man was with Darren and attended the flat in Brentwick Gardens – we need to know who he is and I would urge anyone who knows his identity to come forward and speak to police.”
A 28-year-old man was arrested last month on suspicion of Mr Augustine’s murder and has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in early August.
Ten people – seven men and three women – from inside the flat were arrested on suspicion of murder during the investigation.
All have been released with no further action and continue to assist with the police probe.
“Darren was a family man,” his relatives said in a statement following his death.
“He leaves behind his family, including two children. He did not have a bad bone in his body.”
