A police officer has been jailed for six months after he 'persuaded' his 'brazen' wife to take speeding points for him twice.
Mark Hinchliffe, who had worked for West Yorkshire Police for 18 years, was caught speeding on two occasions between April and June 2021.
But after both incidents, his wife Lisa Hinchliffe — who had also worked for the force in a civilian role for 17 years — claimed that she had been the one driving.
