Police in the north east have launched an appeal for information on a missing man who may be staying with friends.
c was reported missing on Monday October 24 from his home address in Beauly, five miles west of Inverness, and has not been seen since. Officers tasked with investigating his disappearance believe he may be staying with friends.
Investigators are probing a potential sighting of Kevin at the Co-op supermarket in the Highland village at around 9.15pm on Tuesday October 25. The missing man is believed to have been seen climbing into a dark-coloured Audi estate car.
Police Scotland's North East division has urged anyone with information on Kevin's whereabouts to get in touch.
Sergeant John Beverly said: “There are growing concerns for Kevin and everyone just wants to know he is safe and well.”
Shortly after 8am on Friday October 28, Police Scotland confirmed that the missing man had been traced.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We can confirm that Kevin Henderson, 58, who was reported missing from Beauly has been traced safe and well. Thank you to everyone who shared our earlier appeal."
