Police launch appeal after Perth primary school windows are smashed in

Police are calling it a case of malicious mischief after a large number of windows were smashed at Viewlands Primary School in Perth.

Officers with Police Scotland have put out an appeal to the public after much broken glass was discovered at the Oakbank Crescent school.

A force spokesperson appealed to the public, noting: “Can you help? Do you have any information that may help identify the persons responsible?

“Sometime between 7.30pm on May 13 and 7am on May 16 a large number of windows were damaged and smashed at Viewlands Primary School, Oakbank Crescent, Perth.

“If you have any information in relation to this incident, please phone Police Scotland on 101 or give information anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
