A man with a scar on his lip is wanted and on the run from prison after breaching his license conditions.
Kevin Rutter, 31, breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for theft on Tuesday, October 25 of this year. He is now wanted by police and they're asking for the public's help to find him.
Merseyside Police have described Rutter as 5ft 6in tall, slim build with brown hair with blue eyes. Rutter also has a small scar to the centre of his lip and a small scar near his right thumb.

He has links to Wirral, mainly New Ferry and Moreton, and Liverpool.
