Police are appealing to members of the public to help trace a wanted man from Eccles.
Anthony Haney, 37, was released from prison earlier this month. Officers say he has links to the Salford area and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forwards.
Police have released an image of Haney, who was previously jailed for theft.
In a tweet, GMP said: "GMP are tracing a wanted man from Eccles Anthony Haney (05/08/1986) was released from prison this month after being jailed for theft.
"He is known to have links to the Salford area. Anybody with details, please call 0161 856 5625 or CrimestoppersUK anonymously."
