Police in Leeds have 'immediate concerns' and launch urgent search to find these two men

Police in Leeds have launched an urgent search to find two men they desperately need to identify as part of an ongoing safeguarding investigation.

West Yorkshire Police (WYP) say detectives from the city's District Safeguarding Unit have "immediate concerns" in relation to the two men. One has a distinctive tattoo on his hand and there are fears they could be anywhere in the UK.

The force says it wants people to share the images as widely as possible in a bid to find them. The force also confirmed a man who featured in a previous version of this appeal has now been identified and arrested.

"We still need to identify these men. Extensive enquiries have so far been unable to identify the suspects, who could be anywhere in the UK.

"We are therefore asking for the images to be shared as widely as possible. A man who featured in a previous version of this appeal on June 30 has now been identified and arrested."
