Police are continuing to search for a missing 88-year-old man from south Manchester.

Ronald Roose went missing at around 7.30pm on Sunday night (November 27). He was last seen at his home on Bankside Road in East Didsbury.

Police believe he left the house from the back of the property, then headed towards the tow path of the River Mersey. Officers do not know where he went from there.
