Police have appealed for help to trace a 38-year-old man who has been missing from his home in Motherwell since Tuesday morning. Lanarkshire Police have asked for public help to find David McMaster, who was last seen around 6am on Tuesday (October 18).
Officers looking for David describe him as 5ft 1in tall with dark coloured and receding hair. He was last seen wearing black shoes and trousers, a blue B&M zipper and glasses, and he was carrying a red drawstring bag.
Lanarkshire Police says that anybody who has seen David or has any information which may help officers to find him should contact them. A statement on Twitter said: "We are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace 38-year-old David McMaster who has been reported missing from Motherwell, Lanarkshire.

"David was last seen about 6am, Tuesday 18th October 2022 and is described as 5 foot 1, dark colour receding hair, wearing black shoes and trousers, blue B&M zipper and glasses and carrying a red draw string bag. Anyone who may have seen David since this time, or who has any information which may assist us with enquiries, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident 3183 of 18th October 2022."
