A police investigation has been launched after a 60-year-old woman was sexually assaulted near Dunblane.
The horrifying attack took place on Tuesday, June 14, at around 7.30pm as the woman cycled along Sheriffmuir Road.
The woman was cycling near to the Sheriffmuir Inn when she was approached by a young man on a bike who touched her inappropriately before riding off.
The suspect is described as white, aged between 16 and 18-years-old, with yellowish teeth and braces. He was wearing a cycle helmet, sunglasses, a bright neon orange jacket and was riding a white road bike.

Constable Jenna Alexander, Stirling Police Station, said: “The area is a well-used cycle route and so I'm keen to hear from anyone who was in the area between 7pm and 8pm last Tuesday evening who may have seen the male cyclist in the area or who recognises the description of him."
