Officers investigating a triple assault in Dundee at the weekend have re-appealed for information.
Two women were attacked and a Good Samaritan was knocked unconscious outside a takeaway on the Hawkhill.
The horror incident happened at about 1.20am on Sunday 12 June.
Officers want to speak to the two women who left the scene after the attack.
The 32-year-old male victim was rushed to Ninewells Hospital for emergency treatment.
A Tayside Police spokesperson said the male suspect is white, in his 30s, around 6ft 2inches in height, with short dark hair and a muscular build.
He was wearing a black, long-sleeved jacket with a white logo on the left side, black trousers with a white logo on the left thigh and wearing light coloured trainers.
Sergeant Chris Grieve, of West Bell Street Police Station, said: “Our investigation into this incident is continuing and we are particularly keen to speak to the two women who were assaulted to get in touch with officers as soon as possible.
“I would also urge anyone with any information or knowledge about this incident or the suspect to contact police.
“Also anyone with dash cam footage who was in the area around the time of the incident which could assist our investigation is urged to get in touch.”
