CHENNAI: An AIADMK lawyer has moved the Madras high court to restrain the party, its coordinator O Paneerselvam and joint coordinator Edappadi K Palaniswami from convening the general council meeting and passing resolutions to amend the bylaws of the party.
Advocate B Ramkumar Adityan has alleged that the current office-bearers of the party had been continuously amending the bylaws of the party which was not only violating the rights of the primary members but also causing considerable damage to the democratic set up within the party.
