The British Club Bangkok will hold the "4th Annual Pink Ribbon Charity Tennis" event at the club's Silom 18 premises on Feb 24 from 8am to 8pm.

This friendly doubles tournament will raise funds for Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer (QSCBC) Foundation's outreach projects including support of treatments for underprivileged patients. The club's tennis section likewise will be teaming up to join the battle against the disease.

Not only tennis lovers but all who would like to help are invited to "Go Pink" by wearing the colour and showing their support for promoting breast cancer awareness.

Matches are friendly but winners will be recognised. The day also features a fund-raising auction with gifts provided by generous sponsors.

Established in 2007, the foundation is a non-profit organisation supporting the work of QSCBC, a leading cancer centre for women providing highly sophisticated approaches to research as well as diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Donation fee is 800 baht. Registrations should be made by Feb 21.
