A planning application has been given the green light to build 70 new homes in Derry.
BW Social Affordable Housing, based in Eglinton, submitted the application to Derry City and Strabane District.
The locally based house builders have successfully submitted an application for the provision of 70 new homes in Ballymagroarty at the June Planning Committee last week.

The development will be delivered in collaboration with Apex Housing Association in an area that has not witnessed significant development for almost 40 years.
The approved plans include a large open space with a play park, nature walks, picnic areas and wildlife meadows.
Meanwhile, planning permission has also been granted for the building of 740 homes on lands named 'The Cashel' in Derry.
The new homes will be built on land between the Whitehouse Road and Coshquin, commonly referred to as H2, in what will eventually become one of the largest developments in the North West.
The elected members of Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Planning Committee approved the application on June 8.
Sinn Féin MLA Ciara Ferguson said the development would provide "much-needed, high-quality social and affordable homes" for the people in the city.
"[This] will also see the development of a brand-new community at the heart of the city with first-class facilities," Ms Ferguson said.
“Building more social and affordable homes is a priority for Sinn Féin in Derry and communities minister Deirdre Hargey has plans to deliver 100,000 homes over the next 15 years.
“I look forward to seeing workers on site and the first families moving into these homes in the coming years.”
