Planning granted for new warehouse at Prologis Park Midpoint

Plans to build a new logistics facility at Prologis Park Midpoint have been given the go ahead.

Prologis UK has been given the green light to construct a "best in class" 163,000 sq ft warehouse at the Minworth site to deliver 'much needed logistics space to the West Midlands market.'

The proposals include the demolition of an obsolete unit which was originally built for supermarket giant Asda in 2016, and replaced with a new facility. The development of the DC6 warehouse will expand the Sutton Coldfield park to over 1.6 million sq ft.
