The fixed wing Jetprop plane has been flying east and west over the Welsh capital between Newport and Talbot Green. The plane, registered in the US with the code N980AE, made relays across south Wales on Sunday morning. The flight pattern suggests the area is being photographed for aerial images.
Having left an airbase in Oxfordshire at 7.19am, the plane headed north towards Nottingham before heading south through Wolverhampton, Hereford and Newport before travelling back and forth over north Cardiff. The aircraft then travelled east over Bristol and Gloucestershire before landing at the same airbase in Oxfordshire at 10.28am.
