Pilates queen Bryony Deery's daily routine

I wake up at 6am on a typical workday, no alarm needed. First thing, I go into the bathroom and scrape my tongue — it’s a ritual now. It removes bacteria that’s built up overnight and helps boost the immune system. It also just feels so clean. I brush my teeth, and use a facial dry brush, which is amazing for lymphatic drainage and circulation. I follow that with gua sha — just a bit of oil and a few minutes of gentle sculpting to depuff and support my skin. I ice roll my face with a roller I keep in the freezer. It wakes me up — especially if I’ve got a live class or filming.

I always make myself a matcha, which I blend with collagen powder. I sit down with The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday and read the daily lesson. It’s been a game-changer for my mindset. After that, I either meditate or do breathwork — both are available on my Pilates by Bryony app. If I’m not teaching a live class, I’ll get straight into my own Pilates workout. I always move in the morning.
