We often see pigeons collecting straws and building their nests in trees and balconies, but why would a pigeon do that in a room? Well, that's because the nest is not for the pigeon but for a cat, who could be its best friend. Yes, a pigeon is building a nest for a cat, its natural enemy. As described in the video, the pigeon, soon after learning that the cat is pregnant, begins collecting straws and twigs to build a soft, safe nest for the kittens. The pigeon didn't just leave it at that; even after the kittens were born, the pigeon continued to stay by their side, protecting and warming them along with the mommy cat.
