The Boston Celtics‘ Christmas Day matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks started out with the Celtics hitting almost everything they launched from the floor. It kept the Celtics in front of the Bucks for most of the game with the Celtics pulling away as star forward Jayson Tatum (41 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals) got red-hot on Christmas Day.

Good overall games from star wing Jaylen Brown (29 points, 5 boards), shooting guard Derrick White (12 points, 5 assists), veteran big man Al Horford (11 points), and backup forward Grant Williams (11 points, 6 rebounds) helped secure the key victory for Boston on the big day.
