Does Phase Eight offer free delivery?
Yes, standard home delivery is free for all orders over £150 at Phase Eight. If your order is less, then standard delivery only costs a small fee of £3.95. If more convenient, you can also order to click and collect in-store for free.
What is the first order discount at Phase Eight?
You can sign up to Phase Eight emails to get 15% off your first purchase. From our data, this used to 10% off, so an extra 5% off is excellent news! Simply provide your email address and Phase Eight will send your code.
Does Phase Eight offer an NHS discount?
Yes, absolutely! Phase Eight has a 15% off key worker discount, which includes those in the NHS. You’ll need to verify your work through the Key Worker discount page on the Phase Eight website.
Are returns free at Phase Eight?
You can return your purchase in-store at Phase Eight for free. Online returns via mail have a small returns cost of £1.95, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. You'll have 28 days to make a return and your items will need to be unused and in their original packaging. Phase Eight excludes facemasks and earrings from returns.
