PFF: Trent McDuffie earned Chiefs’ highest grade in win over Browns

The Kansas City Chiefs are one step closer to clinching the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs after their Week 15 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday/

The Chiefs’ defense led the charge against Cleveland, tallying a total of six turnovers—two fumble recoveries and four interceptions.

Though the unit’s dominance was undoubtedly a group effort, star cornerback Trent McDuffie’s performance caught the attention of the experts at Pro Football Focus after the game.

McDuffie snagged the first interception of his career against the Browns and earned the highest PFF grade among all of Kansas City’s players in the Chiefs’ 21-7 win:

The former Washington Husky has been among the best defensive backs in the NFL this season and will be a crucial part of Kansas City’s bid to win the AFC’s No. 1 seed in the coming weeks.

Chiefs fans can expect another stellar showing from McDuffie when Kansas City heads back to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Houston Texans in Week 16.
