The Seahawks are at the midway point on their 2023 schedule. That makes this an ideal time to evaluate how the the team is performing. Let’s begin by examining the Pro Football Focus grades for each player this season, starting on offense.
On this side of the ball the Seahawks are being carried by a trio of wide receivers – although not the trio that we were expecting coming into this season. While DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are still performing at a high level, it’s been Jake Bobo that’s earned the highest grade for this unit, while fellow rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba has only recently gotten going and still has a relatively low grade. Despite the rash of recent turnovers, they’re also getting a solid grade from starting quarterback Geno Smith.
On the other end of things, PFF’s lowest offensive grade once again belongs to Jake Curhan, who struggled at right tackle in relief of injured starter Abe Lucas. To be fair, the rest of Seattle’s offensive line isn’t grading out much better than Curhan, though.
Let’s get to the grades. For brevity we have excluded players who have not been on the field for at least 50 offensive snaps this year.
