Not all NFL teams are the same. While some organizations make their players pay for their own meals at the team facility, others go our of their way to make an enjoyable work environment. The Seattle Seahawks are at the top of that list – and a great deal of it is thanks to a head coach who knows how to have fun.
After practice yesterday, Pete Carroll took the team’s rookies out on Lake Washington on a canoe trip with an assist from the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. Watch Carroll talk to beat reporters about the experience.
Coach Pete Carroll on his surprise canoe outing for Seahawks rookies after OTAs, on Lake Washington with the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe: “A little more difficult than we thought…I wasn’t so nervous. I was worried. Some of our guys aren’t as comfortable in the water as others.” pic.twitter.com/ZxOVPGQfcd
