The Democratic National Convention is quickly approaching, and the speaker lineup is taking shape as organizers finalize their plans. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is set to speak during prime time on Wednesday, alongside Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the vice presidential nominee for the upcoming election.
Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is also scheduled to address the convention on Tuesday evening. Both Buttigieg and Pritzker were considered as potential running mates for Vice President Kamala Harris before Walz was selected.
