Person dies after being struck by a train between Berwick and Edinburgh

Edinburgh

A PERSON has died after being struck by a train near Dunbar Railway Station on Tuesday night.

LNER issued a statement on social media about the incident at about 10.35pm.

This morning, a spokesperson for British Transport Police confirmed that the person had died.
