A pedestrian was hit by a bus at the entrance to Liverpool One Bus Station.
Merseyside Police and North West Ambulance Service attended the scene after receiving reports of a collision between a man in his 50s and a bus at the entrance to the bus station shortly after 9am on Friday (April 8). Officers did not allow traffic through Price Street and redirected it along Paradise Street as they dealt with the incident.
The man was taken to hospital in an ambulance. A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said that the pedestrian had suffered slight injuries.

Buses were still able to leave the station while emergency services were at the scene. The ambulance and police vehicle left the scene shortly after 10am.
