Persimmon Homes has completed a land deal to bring forward a housing development in Anlaby .
A total of 51 new homes will be built as part of the final phase of a wider housing development included in the adopted Local Plan of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
It is located off Onslow Road, with the site spanning just over three acres.
The York-headquartered company said it will showcase the company’s new range of houses with properties ranging from one to four bedrooms, with 13 homes to be handed over to a housing association.

A significant public open space and an on-site play area also forms part of the plan, with a £100,000 contribution to local sports facilities and £80,000 to fund extra school places agreed.
