Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has predicted that striker Erling Haaland will "score a lot of goals" before the end of the season. The Norway international could have a huge impact on the Premier League title race over the next month or two, having already netted 30 times in 27 appearances.
Arsenal currently lead the Cityzens by six points with a game extra played and a head-to-head later this month, meaning the race is in the hands of both teams. While there will be concerns over how City are doing in their games with the hope that they will drop points, Mikel Arteta is focused on what his side can do.
"We are where we are," the Spaniard said on his side's situation heading into their clash with West Ham this weekend. "Now we have to finish the job. In order to do that we’re going to have to demand an extra bit from everybody."

With such a busy schedule, it remains to be seen whether Man City's fitness and squad depth will be enough to keep up the chase on Arsenal. One of the key players they will be keen to protect is Haaland, who has already broken a number of records and could continue that streak to guide his side towards the title.
Guardiola was asked by Sky Sports how many he thinks the striker could score in the title race, to which he responded: "The numbers, I don't know. of course as much minutes played, he's going to score because he's always there.
"I don't know how many goals he's going to score, I answer the same that I've said this season, he's going to score a lot of goals." It remains to be seen exactly how important those goals will be come the conclusion of the campaign in late May, but they could be crucial.
