Your dream job might not be 'music editor on a daytime TV property programme' - but maybe it should be. Whoever's in charge of picking the songs between clips during the BBC's auction show Homes Under the Hammer has made a career of picking songs that are cheekily appropriate to the woes of whoever's trying to do up their new house.
If you don't know what all this is about, keep an ear out next time you're watching the programme on BBC One. When someone's just bought a house, and is explaining to camera all of the problems that it's created for them, the music chimes in - and the lyrics are always spot-on.
Whoever's out there making these song choices... we salute you. Take this example - Kellie's frustrated that the work on the cellar has been more expensive than she hoped.
