A woman who posts on TikTok as @giannie.cx shared a video showing her attempt to return a lost card she found at an outdoor event in Philadelphia. In the video, Giannie holds up a blurred card on a dirt ground littered with trash and explains that she and others wanted to get it back to its owner without sharing any of the details on it.
On-screen text in the TikTok video reads, “philly police do NOT take their job serious” along with the message that they found somebody’s card and needed to return it to the rightful owner. Giannie states in the video, “We found somebody’s card. Let’s not put the info on it so you guys can’t use it. We have to return it to their rightful owner. I don’t want anyone else to scan it.”
