A Pennsylvania woman was arrested after an 8-year-old girl was found suffering a seizure in a car after allegedly drinking bleach. ​

Lisa Miller, 60, has been accused of failing to seek medical treatment for her child following a visit to Big Bear Lake Camplands in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia.
