Parents were clinging onto their children while they were suspended 20ft in the air "for at least 90 minutes" from a broken fairground ride, an eyewitness has said.
Kids were pictured screaming as they dangled from a rollercoaster which stopped on the tracks at Pleasureland in Southport, Merseyside on Saturday.
Horrified Brits who had taken their children out for the Bank Holiday watched as one girl was "carried off the ride unconscious" while her desperate father clambered off the ride to get to her.
