An Arizona couple have been accused of getting drunk and forcing their toddlers to walk in 108-degree heat after the family watched an NFL practice last weekend.

Ryan and May Mullin were seemingly intoxicated, stumbling across a road in Glendale with their kids, ages two and four, when a bystander tried to help them, AZFamily reported, citing court documents.
