Drag Queen Panti Bliss is rumoured to be taking part in the upcoming series of Dancing With The Stars.
Panti, whose real name is Rory O’Neill, is set to perform with a male pro dancer on the hit RTE show. The duo will be the first all-male partnership on the show.
Former Big Brother star Brian Dowling performed with pro Kai Widdrington during switch-up week in 2020. But Panti Bliss’ partnership with a male dancer for the duration of the series will be the first of its kind.

The new season, which airs in January, sees a huge shake-up with 2fm presenter Doireann Garrihy joining Jennifer Zamparelli as co-host. Nicky Byrne announced in August he would be stepping down as host of the hit series.
Dad-of-three Nicky, 44, said: “Sadly I will be stepping away from hosting Dancing With The Stars on RTE. Westlife are now ten shows into our Wild Dreams tour.
“This tour continues now taking us around the world including five continents with 60-plus shows up until summer 2023. So with all this in mind, I have had to make some tough decisions.
“One of them is my future hosting Dancing with the Stars on RTE – a show I have loved hosting from the very beginning.” Nicky originally hosted alongside Amanda Byram before she departed in 2018 and Jennifer took over.
